Relying on the Group's full industrial chain strength, the Cast Aluminum Armored Door Division has had strong support since its inception: the Group has seven major production bases in Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Fujian, Wuhan and Sichuan, forming a core production capacity of 3 million square meters of various door products annually, which can quickly respond to order demands across the country. At the same time, the Group has obtained certifications including Quality Management System (ISO), Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as well as CNAS and IAF certifications. Its fire-proof series has been certified by the Fire Product Qualification Assessment Center, UL (US standard) and EN (EU standard), and its anti-theft series has passed the review of technical defense departments, laying a solid foundation for the compliance and high quality of cast aluminum armored door products.

Materials & Craftsmanship

High-quality materials such as cast aluminum plates, imported sintered stone and brass plates are used, combined with exquisite craftsmanship including precision carving, copper melting, gold gilding, hand-painting and fluorocarbon paint glazing. For example, the LM-801 series adopts the combination of "cast aluminum plate + copper melting + brass plate polishing and wire drawing", and the LM-753 series is matched with BMW gray and sintered stone, endowing the door body with both "armor-level protection" and "artistic texture".

The fire rating can reach Grade A/B, and the anti-theft level covers EU standard RC2-RC4 and national standard Grade 1-4. At the same time, it has national standard Grade 8 thermal insulation (heat transfer coefficient K ≤ 1.3W/(m·K)), Grade 8 air tightness (air permeability q1 ≤ 0.5m²/(m·h)) and Grade 5 sound insulation (sound insulation ≥ 45dB).
